Professional cleaning
We professionally clean every property after each guest leaves, even if their stay was only one night! So we always keep the property in pristine condition.
Security
We will ask your permission to install secure keyless entry at the property. This improves security, does away with lost keys, and allows rapid updates of entry codes.
House rules
Every guest receives information about the house rules. For example, smoking indoors is not allowed. Also, we maintain a pet free environment (except in rare cases of individuals who need a service dog).
Less wear and tear
Short-Term guests are generally more respectful of the house rules and make minimal use of appliances and water.
Minor maintenance needs
Minor maintenance needs are covered by us. So you're not bothered with the little stuff.
